A quick tally up of the various generations of test gear we have used over the years, came up to over $40,000 worth of equipment cost alone. This spans over 3.5 years and 6 major changes or quantity upgrades.

This latest upgrade represents almost half of that investment in one shot, which we’re also expecting to be the biggest step change in testing productivity and energy efficiency.

Working out the cost over all the batteries we’ve produced to date, each battery has about $15 worth of test equipment embedded into that cost.

Most manufacturers will do basic testing, and they do that just once. Every battery we produce is required show consistent and expected results before it leaves the building.
So when you invest in a PowerPaul battery, you’re supporting a business that pushes the boundaries and is setting a standard for what consumers should expect. And your investment goes straight back into making the product and the brand even stronger.
